At Pavlina’s Achladies Apartments, we adhere to Greek tourist law to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our guests. Please take note of our policies:
Reservations and Deposits:
* We require a deposit equivalent to three days’ rental fee to secure your reservation.
*The minimum stay is 3 days
* Deposits are processed via bank transfer.
* The remaining balance of your rental fee is payable within three days of your arrival. You can settle this balance using either cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
* If a cancellation is made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
* If a cancellation is made within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, the customer is obligated to pay 50% of the agreed reservation fee.
Other Policies:
* Residential tax is included in our quoted prices.
* Check-in is flexible, and we strive to accommodate your arrival time.
* Our policies are in accordance with all Greek tourist laws.
